Chubz is a black girl from Ohio. Bobby Dawson owns Freedom, you are probably thinking of Angie Meade that is the bookeeper.

I figured they meant Libby Rogers (I think thats her name), the one that does the commercials.

Libby is just the sales manager, she is the most recent and probably held the spot the longest. There are 2 other salesmen there that had the sales manager job and gave it up because it was to much hassle for not that much more money. It really won't matter to much longer I don't believe. Morgan-McClure is actually talking to Bobby know on a deal to buy him out. They own all the land around Freedom and if the get a deal worked out with Toyota they will be building up there. They do know own Witt Motors, the GM cars anyway they let Wally keep the Subaru's and will make one big everything dealership up there.

yeah I'm pretty sure Angie Meade is his mom. He's a nice enough kid in person... but does lean a little on the weird side.
